Ingrid Saenger was born in South Africa and came to America in the early 1980’s. As she settled in to the American way of life and started to eat the American diet, she gained over 70 pounds. It took her 3 years to lose the weight and she then began to help others. Ingrid became a personal trainer in 1997.
